Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship all orders via USPS from our US warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

For orders shipped within the United States:

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods or for remote areas, delivery can take up to 12 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot process cancellations more than 2 hours after your order has been placed. To cancel, email us within 2 hours at support@trynuriva.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provided incorrect shipping details, email us at support@trynuriva.com as soon as possible. We can make corrections within 2 hours of your order being placed. After that, if the order has already shipped to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
